I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful and upgraded my room! The location was great, close to everything in the downtown area, and transportation was easy to get. The room was spacious and clean, with a large bathroom and plenty of pillows provided by the staff.
Could not be improved in any way.

Rooms were good sized. The hotel met my needs, I would definitely come back there. A great selection restaurants to eat close by, like Daltans Kambingan that was only 5 minutes' walk away. They actually had free WiFi.

Had a great Xmas at this hotel! Rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff were really friendly and accommodating. the location was also perfect - right in the middle of lots of restaurants and shopping options. We also loved the fact that the hotel offered an airport shuttle service, which made our trip much easier.
Although we had a great time overall, there were a few minor things we didn't like. the water pressure in our shower was a bit weak, and there were some issues with the internet connection.

The Vip Hotel's location was very convenient, with easy access to stores and transportation. The room was bigger and more comfortable than expected, with a spacious bathroom. The staff was kind and attentive, providing extra pillows upon request.

The location of the hotel was perfect for us as it was in the heart of the city and close to the malls. There were plenty of stores and restaurants around, which made our stay convenient. The room size was spacious, and the beds were comfortable enough for a good night's sleep.
The TV had poor signal quality and the wifi was weak, making it difficult to stay connected. The breakfast options were limited, and we ended up checking out nearby restaurants for our morning meals.

The hotel is in a prime location close to banks and a short ride to the mall. It's also easily accessible to other downtown amenities. the rooms are cozy and clean, and the friendly staff provide great service. the breakfast options are basic but satisfactory. the rooms are spacious and come with several amenities like a TV and refrigerator.
Some of the room facilities like the bathroom could be cleaner.
